On Campus Accommodations

Northeastern University invites International ACAC attendees to enjoy the convenience of on-campus housing from July 13 to 18, 2025. Guests will stay in International Village (1155 Tremont Street, Roxbury Crossing, MA 02120), located just steps from all conference activities, exhibits, and receptions.

With 24-hour front desk support and accessible room options available, we are committed to making your stay comfortable and inclusive.

Conference room rates are per person and subject to availability:

  • Early bird registration (March 12–April 16): US$165
  • Standard registration (April 17–June 2): US$175
  • Late registration (June 3–June 25): US$185

Guests will enjoy the following amenities during their stay:

  • Full hot breakfast: dedicated dining facilities in the residence hall
  • In-house cardio equipment
  • Complimentary wireless internet

All rooms also include:

  • Climate-controlled air-conditioning for personalized comfort
  • Lockable single bedrooms
  • Shared bathroom with connecting room
  • Essential furnishings: bed, desk, chair, dresser, and closet or wardrobe space

Note: Only registered attendees of the conference may stay in on-campus housing. Guests, including family members and minors, are not eligible. Housing registration will be accessible following conference registration.
